Business Storefront License
This agreement governs your use of a Nightshift profile / storefront to offer services and participate in the marketplace. Storefront tiers include Free, Basic, Paid, and Sponsor. Have qualified legal counsel review this document before relying on it in production.
1. Tiers
Each storefront is licensed separately. Limits (for example, active service listings and promotional placement) depend on your tier; see Pricing. Sponsor tier may include featured placement or branding benefits as described in the product; specifics can evolve with notice on the site.
2. Content and conduct
You are responsible for accurate listings, lawful offers, and honoring jobs you accept. You will not use a storefront to defraud users, infringe intellectual property, or list prohibited services. Nightshift may remove content or suspend storefronts that create risk or violate platform rules.
3. Fees and payments
Subscription fees for Basic, Paid, and Sponsor tiers are billed through Stripe according to the prices shown at purchase. Marketplace job payments may be subject to separate platform and payment processing fees as disclosed in checkout and documentation.
4. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nightshift does not guarantee a minimum volume of leads or revenue from any tier, including Sponsor.
5. Termination
You may cancel paid subscriptions through the billing flow. We may suspend or remove storefronts for breach, non-payment, or risk to users. Provisions that reasonably should survive (e.g. liability limits where enforceable) survive termination.
